Mechanisms of vitamin B12 synthesis by a consortium of microorganisms from alcoholic production waste - post-alcoholic bard, in order to further obtain a feed concentrate with vitamin B12 content of 0.1%. The product is a technology that increases the commercialization of distillery waste. A related result of integration of the development into existing production facilities will be import substitution of feed vitamin B12 (and subsequently other vitamins), which is currently supplied entirely from abroad.
ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT

Vitamin B12 is one of the obligatory nutrients that must be present in sufficient quantities in the composition of feed
It is necessary to ensure normal metabolism, formation and functioning of the nervous system, regulation of protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, as well as to ensure normal hematopoietic function
